I like simple patterned fabrics and couldnt resist spending what little money i have on some new cottons...classic ginghams in pink&blue, which mixed together almost look neon and some two toned floral prints in block red&blue!I also think clashing colours pink&red are my new favourite colour ways...the crazyier the better!

Neon Pink Peep Peeps Doorstop with button detail...using found fabrics that i have around the house or charity shop buys for the backing fabric...on a rare occasion i do visit Watson and Thorntons in Shrewsbury, which supply great patterned fabrics.

Today i am busy screen printing...(to biffy is that wrong...the mentalness seems to help my printing beans flow)......for my Tea Time Collection, which will eventually be a selection of tea pot, cupcake related organic Norfolk lavender bags, aswell as teacup doorstops....watch this space photos to follow soon!
I am also screen printing some artwork based around my muses...my little doggies .. peep peeps (westie dog print) and humphrey (scotty dog print) to be made into doorstops!(which if you live in Shropshire can be purchased in Shrewsbury at a little Interior shop called BAJA www.bajaonline.co.uk)

French Fancies and English Rose Tea

I have always wanted to create a table linen collection with nostalgia for all things domestic, combining traditional techniques with a fresh and modern contemporary outcome. Mixing an eclectic mix of mellow and acid neon colour tones with quirky screen printed images.

Not just any tea towels though....extra big tea towels measuring 48cm(h)x 78cm(w) perfect for any tea spillage!
